Millennium Way

Millennium Way is a 13 acre (5.26 ha) site adjacent to the Hitachi train facility with direct access off Millennium Way.

Bespoke buildings are still available within the development framework proposed for 2024.

Millenium Way comprises three warehouse units:

Unit 1 – 52,500 ft²

Unit 2 – 89,000 ft²

Unit 3 – 126,500 ft²

Total – 266,000 ft²

Work will commence with Unit 1 in early Summer 2024 following a planning application in September 2023

  • Eaves heights from 10m, allowing up to 70% area savings on traditional warehouse buildings
  • First floor fitted offices – 10% office content
  • Warehouse floor loadings of 50kN/m2
  • Ground level loading doors and dock levellers
  • Large secure yards and loading areas

  • BREEAM – Very Good
