Millennium Way

Millennium Way is a 13 acre (5.26 ha) site adjacent to the Hitachi train facility with direct access off Millennium Way. It comprises three warehouse units with ground-level loading doors and dock levellers.

External works include car parking spaces which will include EV charging, and large secure yards and loading areas.

Unit 1 is 53,093 sqft and is available now.

Planning consent has been received for the remainder of the scheme for 89,000 sq ft and 126,000 sq ft premises with infrastructure works well underway.
