A huge congratulations to the entire team at Merchant Park Developments on being shortlisted for TWO of Insider’s prestigious North East Property Awards.
We’ve been shortlisted for the Commercial Development of the Year and Deal of the Year! The deal has been structured to deliver speculative funding for the next phase of Merchant Park, commencing with Unit 1, a 53,993 sq ft warehouse, to address the shortage of high-quality industrial and warehouse supply. Infrastructure is also now in place for two further units of 89,000 sq ft and 126,000 sq ft.
We’re looking forward to the awards ceremony on 7th May.

The building is now ready for occupiers and although we’ve had enquiries on Unit 1, the building is still available and we’re keen to talk to interested parties.
