A 13 acre fully serviced site to accommodate manufacturing units from 50,000 sqft to 150,000 sqft.
The initial phase will deliver a 50,000 sqft and 100,000 sqft industrial units capable of subdivision. It is anticipated that they will be available in the Spring 2023 together with the infrastructure for the entire plot. This will enable a further development of 200,000 sqft.
Merchant Park has net development plots remaining extending to 25 acres (10.12 hectares), an allocation which will accommodate new buildings up to 312,000 sq ft.
Serviced plots are immediately available. Sustainable design and build solutions to meet occupier requirements for industrial, warehouse, office and other uses can be provided cost effectively and quickly. Bespoke buildings can be provided up to 11m eaves height, allowing up to 70% area savings on traditional warehouse buildings.
The proposed plan includes site-optimized building sizes, however alternative sizes and layouts will be considered.
